Not since 1999 has a Yankee pitcher thrown a no hitter, not since two days ago has there been a no hitter in MLB. As a Yankee fan, it was amazing to watch in real time, one of our own be on display for the MLB with something as rare as a no hitter. Besides a much needed win, an exclamation mark was notched on this win, the Yankees have a bonafide ace type pitcher past Gerrit Cole.
