It’s been a pretty long off season, coming off a shortened 2020 that had its highs and lows, the Yanks are looking for a better 2021 season.
First off, some things to note for the season, it WILL be a full 162 game season, unlike last year, there will NOT be a universal DH for both AL and NL. What is returning, which is the dumbest innovation in the history of the game, is the extra innings rules from last year, yes it’s going to suck watching a runner on second. Speaking of stupid rules, doubleheader’s will be 7 inning affairs, just like last year.
Now that we know the rules, let’s get into the Yanks.

Which led to….
Aaron Boone can't speak officially to the Brett Gardner signing yet, but he said: "I expect Clint (Frazier) to be our left fielder and to be in that starting lineup."
