The Mets and Carlos Beltran have agreed to mutually part ways after the commissioners report singled out he and Alex Cora as the main conspirators in the Astros cheating scandal.
Maybe the most significant news that came from Beltran’s firing was the alleged use of buzzers by the Astros to predict pitches as corroborated by a Twitter account alleging to be Beltrans niece.
Since this news has broken, multiple pictures and videos have surfaced that give credibility to the buzzer claim.
So there’s allegations now about Altuve & Bregman having buzzers attached under their jerseys to tell them when certain pitches were coming. Makes this clip a lot more obvious of Altuve holding his jersey and making sure no one rips it off after he hit a walkoff HR. WTF. https://t.co/EgXOGsuNoD

MLB claims as part of their investigation, the buzzers were never substantiated and never found to be actually credible but I mean, CMON!
