Week 2 of the NFL season is upon us and the first week of action brought some surprises and upsets but the beauty part is, the season is still young and things can be turned around, unless you’re the Dolphins, it’s over!
Our weekly NFL Rundown Podcast will be available Friday, we will give you in depth looks of all games and complete betting advice.
Bottom Line:
This is a very easy one, the Panthers are due for the win coming off a loss to the Rams, look for a big game from Christian McCaffrey.
Betting Line:
I like the Panthers and the under.
Bottom Line:
I don’t love this and honestly it could go either way but I think the 49ers will better Dalton and Co. for the win.
Betting Line:
I’m going 49ers for the spread and betting the over.
Bottom Line:
I see a big game for Philip Rivers in this one, Stafford will have a good game but the Chargers have too much firepower.
Betting Line:
I’m going to go Chargers with the spread and taking that over for sure.
Bottom Line:
Both teams looked underwhelming on offense in week one but both defenses were solid. Big division game and at Lambeau it would be crazy to bet against Aaron Rodgers but the Vikings D is the real deal.
Betting Line:
Im going Vikings against the spread and taking the over, by a smidge.
Bottom Line:
Jacoby Brissett was solid in week 1 and the Titans pulled off a big win in Cleveland but the Colts have too many weapons for the Titans to stop.
Betting Line:
Im going Colts against the spread and the over.
Bottom Line:
The Dolphins are absolute garbage, I don’t see them winning a game and on the other side with the addition of Antonio Brown, of course embroiled in more controversy but for the moment still suiting up. Brady and Co. are going Score some points.
Betting Line:
I’m going Patriots with the spread and the over.
Bottom Line:
This is basically the Jets v. Bills but instead of the Jets D being great, the Giants O is pretty damn good. I believe this to be a high scoring game, the thing to watch during the game will be Saquon v. Singletary.
Betting Line:
I still think the Giants pull out the win, Giants against the spread and the over.
Bottom Line:
This is a marquee matchup on paper but the key will be if the Steelers offense can awaken from their 3 point outing last week. The Seahawks D is the best since the super bowl years but there is a clear lack of talent on offense.
Betting Line:
You gotta go Steelers in this one, against the spread and the under.
Bottom Line:
Early divisional matchup, Skins almost pulling out the upset against the Eagles in week 1 and the Boys dispatching the G-men. This will not be a close game and Dak is playing like he wants $50 mill a year.
Betting Line:
The spread in my opinion is low, take the Boys with the spread and the under.
Bottom Line:
The Ravens offense put up massive points in week 1 against the Fins but is the Ravens O that good or the Dolphins that bad? I tend to think the Ravens O is pretty good but reality will set in against Kyler Murray and the score will not be AS lopsided.
Betting Line:
Going Baltimore, against the spread and the over.
Bottom Line:
Early division matchup with two teams still trying to find their way. BDN our indefinitely after breaking his clavicle, new QB in. The Texans went toe to toe with the Saints and if not for a Lutz miracle would’ve won the first week.
Betting Line:
Go Texans, spread and the over.
Bottom Line:
Raiders came out week 1 and played well against the Broncos but the Broncos are garbage. The Chiefs did what they usually do in week 1, Score a ton of point! Tyreek Hill out indefinitely with injury means a steady dose of Sammy Watkins and Travis Kelce.
Betting Line:
Chiefs, spread and the over.
Bottom Line:
The Bears coming off a miserable loss, offense looking anemic look to right the ship fast and I think they will, look for a steady dose of the running game against the Broncos. With an anemic Broncos offense and superior Bears defense, the Bears look primed for the win.
Betting Line:
Go Bears, spread and the under.
Bottom Line:
We have the NFC championship game rematch from last season. Both teams looked pretty good week 1, scoring a ton of points and defenses working when needed, this is going to be the game to watch this week.
Betting Line:
I think the Rams will prove that the championship game wasn’t a fluke, take the Rams with the spread and the way over!
Bottom Line:
The birds are flying in this one but one will fly high. The Falcons looked like trash in week 1 and couldn’t get anything going against the Vikings while Wentz shook the rust in the second half and dispatched the Skins. The Eagles are primed for this one.
Betting Line:
Take the Eagles, spread and the over.
Bottom Line:
Rematch of last years game where the Jets handed the Browns their first win, in what felt like a decade. Nevertheless, both teams are coming off tough losses and this time around the Jets are home and their D with CJ Mosley is scary but the end of last game without Mosley looks very vulnerable. This will be a closer game than most think.
Betting Line:
I’m going Jets, against the spread and the over.
