Heed my words as I’m about to drop some knowledge, you cannot, CANNOT, start a wave at a baseball game when your team is pitching.

I witnessed firsthand during the Yankee/Athletics game Saturday on two occasions, “fans”, starting a wave in the crowd when our Yankees were pitching. Both resulted in distracting not only fellow fans but the Yanks.

So please, enjoy your game and do what you wish but DO NOT start a wave when the home team is pitching, it’s just utterly stupid, don’t be stupid, be smart!
