The Gunners came into Newcastle and took a very previous opening game win. The Gunners were in control throughout the game despite a few nervous moments early in the box for the defense but an opening goal in the second half by Aubamayeng was all they needed.

A few things to take away was that newly acquired Cebellos cane into the game in the second half as well as team transfer record player Pepe.
We did not see Ozil or Kolasinac due to security concerns as well as Lacazette or newly acquired defender David Luiz.
A win is a win and Arsenal definitely had their chances to score more goals but an opening game win always feels good.
