The Yanks begin a 3 game set at the stadium tonight against the Boston RedSox. Although at this point the East is clearly out of reach, the Yanks are playing for their wildcard position and god damn pride. If the Yanks are to make a late season streak into the playoffs, a good series win against the Red Sox will put the league on notice the Yanks mean business. It’s unclear if Judge or Chapman is will play in the the series but they are definitely close! The Yankees will need good pitching tonight from J.A. Happ as he looks to solidify his dominance since coming over to the Yanks. It’s been a wildly disappointing last couple months of the season for the Yanks but a strong push in the last two weeks and they are right back there.
