Tone

A 24 year old London man with severe constipation was rushed to a hospital where he had surgery to remove fecal matter and repair a tear to his insides as a result of the fecal matter backing up into his body. The unnamed man was going into kidney failure when he arrived and doctors realized surgery was needed. I gotta tell you after a day or two of not pooping anybody would be worried but this guy was literally full of crap and nearly died. Hopefully nobody will ever say this man is full of shit again.
