So update from Tone’s first part of the vacay is authentic BBQ from the legendary Joe’s KC BBQ and the legend of the Z-Man. The Z-man which consists of a Kaiser roll, legendary smoked pork brisket with Joe’s sauce with melted cheese and two just gigantic pieces of onion rings. The sandwich is amazing, great smoky taste and the sauce just amazing as well as two very crispy onion rings.

Joe’s who was featured as one of the thirteen restaurants in America was nothing short of god damn impressive, the restaurant itself is very clean and efficient, the ordering process is very soup-nazi esque but well worth the long wait which btw for me was 20 minutes but locals say usually takes well longer than that. If you are in KC then Joe’s is the place to start.
