The result of yesterday’s preseason game between the Jets and Redskins means nothing, the takeaway from the game is Sam Darnold was solid and Teddy Bridgewater shined. Darnold started and played the first half going 8/11 for 62 yards and a pick, nothing to be blown away by but not horrendous. Teddy TD’s came and played the second half going 10/15 for 127 yards, a pick and a score. If McCown is the incumbent, the next game should tell us who is the real starter and backup. In Darnold we trust and go Teddy TD’s!
